Operation Make a Difference, OMAD “Operation Make A Difference, Inc., (OMAD) in partnership with the Centre for Formation and Development, Inc. (CFD), works primarily with the Haitian community through the Haitian churches and other community based organizations to serve youth and their families, promote positive youth development, and provide educational programs. Since their inception, these two organizations have implemented a number of youth development initiatives while continuously seeking to expand their services.

OMAD is a community youth ministry that has its mission
OMAD exists to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ, unite local youth ministries and support the work of youth ministries. The Centre's vision is to become a prominent leader in multicultural education services, research, and training with a particular purpose of shaping inner city youth and their families to lead a life centered on healthy principles and aspirations of becoming engaging and contributing members of their families and community.”

Foundations Bible Study
“Foundations ministry was established to impart sound Biblical knowledge in youth so that they may learn, understand, and apply Biblical principles in their daily lives for a more intimate relationship with God. Our mission is to teach the basic tenets of the Christian faith. The teachings of this ministry are based on the essential doctrines of the Bible.

Ministry Objectives
Create a forum for young people to learn about and strengthen their lives in the Word of God. Ensure the spiritual growth and well being of participants. Build their self-confidence in their faith and life choices. Help them become a positive role model and guide for others. Help them develop strong Christian character. Help them become a positive role model and guide for others.

Unity Choir
“Under the musical direction of Elder Hu White, is a dynamic Haitian-American choir comprised of young adults from the Greater Boston area. It has its beginnings in 1996 as the music ministry of Operation Make A Difference, Inc., community youth ministry for the Haitian American community.

Since then, Unity has served as OMAD's premiere cultural enrichment program, providing its members with opportunities to grow musically and spiritually. Unity has sung at a variety of venues and events throughout its existence including the Strand Theater, Gospel Music Workshop of America Philadelphia, and New England Conservatory's annual Gospel Jubilee.
